The purpose of art is to praise, thank, express our gratitude and wonder. M.C. Richards
Stone Church Arts inaugurated the Chapel Gallery in the fall of 2006 to expand its program with visual arts exhibits. The Chapel of Immanuel Episcopal Church is small and intimate. It is a world apart, a place of prayer and meditation, a center for inspiration and the creative spirit. It is also multi-purpose. Refreshments for concerts and church services, Sunday worship in the winter months, and adult religious education programs are all held in the Chapel. The exhibits enhance all these uses as well as provide a venue for local people and their art.
